Workflow Notifications keep team members informed of events or situations that may require their attention or action. You can tailor this feature to meet the requirements of your enterprise. And each team member can choose whether to receive notifications by email and/or directly in COLTS.
- Select the notifications that fit with your business process
- Assign notification recipients on an individual basis
- Link notifications to asset events – and even to your own custom events – to notify team members whenever an event is recorded
