COLTS from PMO to FOB

COLTS had its start supporting the US Army's OSCAR project in 1998 with project and inventory management. We soon added support for logistics, asset lifecycle and configuration management at SPAWAR San Diego. Over time, we have extended the capabilities of COLTS to support operations across the organizational spectrum, from PMO to FOB:
